Luis Gutierrez and Mayor of San Juan Carmen Yulín Cruz participates on a panel which discuss the economic and humanitarian crisis of the island of Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane María. The speakers contextualizes the crisis against the backdrop of the unnatural colonial relationship between United States and Puerto Rico. The sold out event counted over 450 participants.
