On Friday, May 24th, the Institute of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture’s Trailer Park Proyects had a presentation for the students at Erie Charter School. The event was done outside with almost the entire school participating. Every child was given T-shirts made by the artist of the Trailer Park Proyects. Billy Ocasio, IPRAC’s CEO, was also present and spoke with students.
