This weekend our Navigators will be providing enrollment services in different locations throughout Chicago, including Humboldt Park, Albany Park, Pilsen, and La Villita communities. On Saturday, February 8th, our Affordable Care Act office located at 1112 N. California Ave. will be open from 9am to 5pm. On Sunday, we will be providing services at the Good Shepherd Church (28th St. and Kolin Ave.) from 8am to 4pm and the Iglesia Evangelica del Pacto Albany Park (4516 N Kedzie Ave.), as well as Blue 1647 (1647 S. Blue Island Ave.).
We continue to offer services in our new office located in the Hermosa community. Visit us to enroll. Health insurance is a human right and it is the law!
