Puerto Rican Political Prisoner Carlos Alberto Torres was transferred to the Federal Correctional Institution at Pekin, Illinois, approximately 2 1/2 hours away from Chicago. Carlos has communicated with the Network and indicated that he is in the process of settling in and has received much help from old and new friends. More news about the transfer will follow.
