Billy Ocasio, the new CEO of the Institute of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture (IPRAC), welcomed Oliver Stone and historian Dr. Peter Kuznik, to IPRAC for a press conference and luncheon Meet and Greet on Saturday, Feb 2. The press conference was covered on NBC Ch 5 and both Stone and Kuznik appeared on NPR to talk about the book, “The Untold History of the US”.
