About Haunted Paseo Boricua

Every October 31st, Paseo Boricua is transformed into a fun-filled, family-oriented and safe Halloween celebration on Division St. Throughout the street, businesses distribute candy, children’s faces are painted, and kids are engaged in historically relevant and culturally appropriate activities.

Young people from the Batey Urbano and the Dr. Pedro Albizu Campos High School help to decorate the nearly mile-long strip. It is an event co-sponsored by Division Street Business Development Association and Alderman Roberto Maldonado.
