Claridad, the newspaper of the Puerto Rican nation, will dedicate its annual festival, to be held in February, to the Puerto Rican patriot, Oscar López Rivera. This festival, which features some of the best expressions of Puerto Rican music, is the largest annual event of any Puerto Rican independentist organization.
