PRCC Mission

The mission of the Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC) in Chicago is to promote self-determination, self-actualization, and self-sufficiency for the Puerto Rican/Latino community through cultural preservation, community organizing, and social services. It works to advocate for community needs and growth, build a community of resistance that is informed by history, and provide educational, health, and economic development programs to support the community’s well-being.
