Glenda L. Guzman serves as Associate Director for the Safe Passage Program, developing more than 11 years of leadership experience with The Puerto Rican Cultural Center and over 12 years of professional experience in customer service and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, equipping her with a strong foundation in public safety, prevention strategies, and community-based initiatives.
In addition, Ms. Guzman has served as an LSC Community Representative for Roberto Clemente Community Academy since 2022, where she supports governance efforts, advocates for students and families, and strengthens school community partnerships. She remains dedicated to advancing collaborative strategies that foster safe, supportive environments and promote positive outcomes for youth and the broader community.
