The PRCC family extends its deepest sympathies to Marta Rodriguez and the Rodriguez Family on the passing of Randolph Melendez, on the earliest students (1973) of Dr. Pedro Albizu Campos Puerto Rican High School, at the time known as Rafael Cancel Miranda Puerto Rican High School.
