PASEO BORICUA NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (NBDC)

The Paseo Boricua Neighborhood Business Development Center (NBDC) is a business initiative sponsored by the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP). It provides development assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs located in and near the area of Humboldt Park and West Town. Specifically, it works to attract and retain businesses to the area, and provides business counseling, technical assistance, business training, and access to capital referrals to small businesses and entrepreneurs. It also fosters economic growth through neighborhood engagement with local businesses and entrepreneurs.
