Jenise Santiago was born and raised in Humboldt Park and is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a minor in Latino and Latin American Studies. She brings over eight years of professional experience working with school-aged youth across educational and community-based settings. Jenise Santiago is a proud mother of two and currently serves as Co-Director of the Violence Prevention and Intervention Program at the Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC). Her work focuses on youth development, violence prevention, and the implementation of community-based intervention strategies designed to support at-risk populations and strengthen families.
